Sesame Tofu

Somehow this picture slipped through the cracks when I was looking through all my backlogged food pictures. I got the recipe for sesame tofu from the Whole Foods' website, and the only change I had to make was subbing agave nectar for the honey (and I left out the scallions because I did not have any). This was good, but I don't know if I'd make it again. I think I'm just not a huge fan of sweet sauces at dinner.

ooh, that looks good! I like how the recipe is relatively light on the oil, too. and all the food in the last post is totally making me hungry :O

That looks like something that my omni boyfriend would eat. So tasty!

good to see you posting again!! all the food you've been making, and that are featured in the past few posts since your return, look absolutely delicious - especially the cinnamon rolls!! yum!!

I've the same way - I'm not too keen on sweet sauces at dinner either. In any event, the tofu dish looks terrific!!
