It's sort of a stew (with tomatoes, hominy, black beans, and corn along with some spices). Apparently posole is another name for hominy, although I'd never heard that name before reading it in the cookbook.

Not a beer fan here, but that bread does look good. But then, i'm a bready kinda gal... i come from a long line of bread folk!
